Laughter & Humor Could Be Part of the Solution to Managing Stress & Healthier Living!
Do you believe that your workplace and employees are stressed? Laughter and humor are tools to help us live healthier, think more creatively, communicate better and bond socially. Humor
can do more than just lead to laughs. Humor helps us to take control of
situations in our life and gain perspective, rather than letting stress
and negativity control us!

Laugh to Live Owner Jeannine M Luby explained the value of humor and National Humor Month on
WBRE's PA Live show. Click here to watch this short segment.
If You Have A Winery, Restaurant or Do Event Planning... consider hosting a girls night of fun with "Keep Wine-ing He Might Start to Look Like Prince Charming Comedy Show."
Author/comedian/laughter yoga leader Jeannine M Luby started her tour in
July of 2011 and is reaching out to new venues to engage more female
audiences in a night of fun and wine-ing! Click here for a sample of the comedy.
How Wineries/Restaurants Can Benefit from Hosting A Comedy Show
Linda Martinez, owner of Terrace Garden Cafe in Clarks Summit hosted back-to-back sold out "Keep Wine-ing" comedy shows at her restaurant in 2012.
She said venues should host a show because, " We had a full house on a night when we would be 1/4 full. People go crazy for comedy so the shows sold out weeks before the event. And, people loved it!"

Time for A Laughter Break?!!
Here are samples of laughter yoga exercises that do not rely on humor. It's about making the choice to laugh - to feel good. These were done at World Laughter Day in 2011. Come out on May 6, 2012 to Nay Aug Park in Scranton to experience in person!

World Laughter Day Unites Us
Laughter Yoga founder Dr. Madan Kataria believes so much in the power of laughter to heal and unite, that he started World Laughter Day
in 1998. Every first Sunday in May, World Laughter Day is celebrated
globally in over 60 countries to recognize and appreciate the value of
laughter to help us heal and live healthier, happier, more peaceful
lives! We celebrated in Scranton with about 100 people in Nay Aug Park. We did laughter yoga; kids told jokes and we painted a "Heart to Art" Community Mural. Prints will soon be available for purchase to benefit the non-profit Humor Therapy Fund of SAF.
